At my job I use a lot of words that I really hate. They’re total jargon and have come to mean almost nothing. In fact, they sound downright dirty.

Once I received an email from Get Satisfaction that proclaimed “More help for the little guy!”  I felt serious pain, and sense of camaraderie.  When you’re writing everyday When you’re creating copy everyday, words come to mean nothing, and you can barely understand what they sound like to others.
